1. How can I purchase from your company?
You can choose either email your order or call us. You need to also send us the copy of your business license and fill out the credit card authorization form.

2. What is your minimum order?
The minimum order is 3 case.

3. Do I have to own a store to purchase from you?
No anyone can place an order.

4. Can I buy mixed colors or styles in a case?
Yes, mix color and style is acceptable depending on availability.

5. What is your return policy?
We do accept any defect items within 7 days of receipt. Please note you need to contact us prior to returning the items and we do not accept or exchange any items, which are not due to defects. No exceptions!

6. Do you have catalog?
Yes, we can mail upon request and we also update our website on daily basis so you are promptly informed of our new arrivals.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, We do ship worldwide with UPS Worldwide, however for larger orders it would be cost efficient for customers to use cargo companies or freight forwarders.

8. Is your payment method same for international orders?
Since there is no way for us to verify the billing address we only accept wire transfer for international order.

9. Do you offer drop shipment?
No, we do not provide drop shipments.

10. How long does it take to process my order?
Once we confirm the product availability and payment before 12:00 noon, we will be able to ship it out the same day. If the order were received after 12:00 noon it would be shipped next day.
